Digital items
Purchases are digital and delivered automatically, so they are generally non-refundable once delivered, except where the law requires otherwise.
Problems with a purchase
If an item did not arrive or does not work, open a ticket on our Discord with your Tebex transaction ID and we will fix it.
Chargebacks
Opening a chargeback instead of contacting us will result in removal of purchased items and may result in a ban.
